Pumpkin Seed Oil for Hair and Skin

Pumpkin seed oil is extracted from the seeds of the pumpkin plant. It contains many fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, such as vitamins A, B and K, zinc and omega-3.

Spread a suitable amount over the hair and scalp, massaging for five minutes, leave on until morning, then wash the hair with water and a suitable shampoo, twice a week.
